Cancellation Policy:
Due to our very busy schedule, all cancellations must be done via email or in writing. Cancellations must be received no later than the Wednesday by 5:00 pm before your start date. Cancellations must have the student's first and last name, date and time of lesson.
Q: "If I miss a lesson once my session starts, can I get a makeup?" A: Unfortunately a missed lesson is a missed lesson. However, your instructor and our warm water will be waiting for you on your next day.
Q: "How can I pay for lessons?" A: We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
